Are the outfits unstitched or stitched?
All our outfits are stitched - Ready to Wear. To figure out what size you are, it would be best for you to measure against the Size Guides attached
Are the outfits Original designer or Replica?
Nakhre pride themselves in having partnerships with the brands themselves so we can certify that we are 100% Original Designer
How do I return an item?
As Nakhre pieces are carefully handpicked and stitched to our requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds. We are committed to ensuring the highest standard of quality in all of our production processes and take great pride in our rigorous 3 stage quality control checks to ensure that no order is fulfilled with a faulty item. Adding to this, due to the ongoing Pandemic and hygiene reasons, we are not accepting any refunds or exchange. This applies to Sale & Non Sale items. We aim to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers through this practice.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. The average shipping time in the UK is 3-5 working days. Rest of the world: 5-10 working days unless stated otherwise.
Am I responsible to pay import taxes and duty?
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received in your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of each item, and vary from each country, so we are unable to determine exactly what duties may be charged. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note Nakhre cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via our contact us page. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours. No refund will be given after the 12 hours of incorrect submission.
